All of our packages are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and we deliver worldwide. While in the majority of cases your goods will be dispatched the day after you have ordered, please allow 7 days for delivery. |

If an item is not available and cannot be delivered then your credit card is not charged and you will be notified as soon as possible. |

If for any reason you are not happy with our service and you want to speak to us about it please email us, or phone us. All complaints are dealt with personally as soon as possible. |
| Refunds
Policy If for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with the product you receive from us, just return it in its original condition to the address opposite within 30 days and you will be sent a replacement or a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. |
